Kade Elliot, LPC uses he/they pronouns. He is a 29-year-old, white, queer, fat, transmasc, and nonbinary individual living in Philadelphia. They are neurodivergent and in substance use recovery for over 5 years.

Their full-time day job is at a virtual IOP program. They have been working with LGBTQIA+ individuals for over 6 years in various case management and mental health therapy roles. Kade has experience working with the following populations:

  • BIPOC individuals

  • LGBTIQIA+ identities and gender affirming care letters

  • People living with HIV/ Poz identities

  • Kink

  • Polyamory and non-monogamous relationship structures

  • Grief

  • Sex work

  • Neurodivergence

  • Chronic illness and disability

  • Intimate partner violence

  • Abuse dynamics (both familial and romantic relationships)

Kade’s approach to therapy is person-centered, harm-reduction-based, and strengths-based. Kade utilizes DBT, CBT, and IFS in sessions to process and explore emotions, as well as provide coping skills for your unique needs. Kade believes in a trauma-competent approach to therapy that meets you where you are at in your journey. Additionally, Kade is certified in TF-CBT for adolescents and young adults. They are also pursuing a certified sex therapist (CST) certification in 2026.
